Where are you located in Chicago?
I see clients in East Lakeview. While parking can be limited, the 146 bus stops at Lake Shore & Roscoe—just a 2-minute walk to my building.
Do you offer phone and video sessions?
Yes. I offer phone and secure video sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Many clients find virtual sessions just as effective—and more flexible for busy schedules or frequent travel.
With whom do you work?
I work with adult individuals and couples of all genders, addressing a wide range of personal and relational challenges.
Are you LGBTQ+ affirming?
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and supportive of diverse identities and relationship structures, including polyamory.
What can I expect in session?
My hope is that from our very first session, you begin to step into the role of a curious observer—someone who can gently notice how they move through the world, where they get stuck, and what might be holding them back. We’ll approach these insights not with judgment, but with compassion, grace, and kindness.
The most powerful words we’ll ever hear are the ones we tell ourselves. And for many of us, that inner voice has been shaped by criticism, fear, or survival—not care.
True change doesn’t just happen in session. It lives in the small moments between sessions—when you pause, reflect, and begin to respond to yourself in new ways. Therapy is the space where we plant the seeds. The growth comes as you learn to tend to yourself differently, day by day.
How often do we meet?
Weekly sessions are recommended at the start to build trust and momentum. Many clients shift to bi-weekly as progress is made.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions (75 or 100 minutes) are available upon request and billed proportionally.
What is your fee?
Individual therapy: $225 per 50-minute session
Couples therapy: $275 per 50-minute session
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, when available. I offer sliding scale slots for clients with demonstrated financial need. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee regardless of reason.
Are you trained in psychedelic therapy?
Yes. I’m certified in the therapeutic use of MDMA, Psilocybin, and Ketamine. While I don’t condone the use of illegal substances, I offer harm reduction support as well as preparation and integration therapy.
Psychedelic-assisted work can support those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, and feeling stuck—especially when traditional approaches have fallen short. It may also benefit those navigating addiction recovery, grief, or end-of-life anxiety.
Do you take insurance?
I'm not in-network, but many clients use out-of-network benefits. I can provide superbills for reimbursement.
Note: Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis and may limit the number or type of sessions. Paying privately allows us to decide what’s best for you—on your terms.
